This Not That: Tan-Luxe The Gradual Tan Lotion

Not going to lie, I ordered this months ago when @Influenced recommended it and then completely forgot about it. But now that my bare legs are out and blinding the world, I decided to give it a go.

I think self tanners fall into two camps:

1️⃣ The fast-acting, streaky kind

2️⃣ The slow-build, smooth-glow kind

This Tanologist Hydrating Gradual Tan Lotion is definitely the second—and honestly, the better route. It takes a few days to build, but you won’t end up looking like a zebra 🦓. No streaks, no drama.

The smell? It does show up a few hours later, but it’s way more tolerable than the Tan-Luxe one, which starts off citrusy and ends up smelling like burnt hair. #IYKYK 😂
