I have had my Urban Decay Naked 3 palette for longer than I want to admit. I am talking close to ten years at this point, which is wild for an eyeshadow palette, but it has been a staple in my makeup bag forever. Those rose-toned neutrals are universally flattering, blend like a dream, and give you that pretty, soft, pinky-mauve eye look that works on basically everyone. But honestly, if I had not bought it ten years ago, I am not sure I would buy it now. Pro tip: if you are not ready to part with your old Naked 3, give it a quick spritz of hypochlorous acid spray and let it dry — it refreshes the pans and kills off anything sketchy that has been hanging out in there since 2015. But if you love the Naked 3 and cannot justify spending almost $60 on a palette today, the e.l.f. version is such a smart swap.
