This Not That: Favorite Barrier Creams

I recently shared my thoughts on an alternative to Skinceuticals Triple Lipid Restore Cream, but I’ve realized there are many other barrier creams I love to rotate in that I wanted to share. As you know, Tatcha is my top choice—she’s an icon, a legend, she is the moment. However, at $89, she can be quite pricey, so here are some other options.

Surprisingly, I’m endorsing a celebrity product (I go in wanting to hate them), but this Rhode one genuinely lives up to the social media buzz. I love using Instant Angel in the summer because it’s less greasy than other products. And yet again, another LPR product is criminally underrated.

Ultimately, it all comes down to personal preference in texture and scent, but I hope this helps you decide! Let me know which you’ve tried!
